Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you ample time to request a return after receiving your item. Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receipt, and for packages lost in transit, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to qualify for a return.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging and your original paper or digital receipt. Returns cannot be processed without the respective receipt or if the item is in a non-sellable condition.

Please note that returns for refund or exchange are not accepted outside of the 30-day policy window.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will promptly inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Customers in Brazil wishing to return a purchase must contact Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item, providing a picture of the product.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products (special orders or personalized items), damaged products, sale items, or gift cards.

Shipping

In the case of damaged products, the full amount will be refunded to you, inclusive of return shipping costs. However, for reasons other than damage, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the incurred cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
